1、 Broken permeable bricks

粉碎是用破碎机将瓷砖粉碎成一定比例的颗粒。但破碎颗粒的大小和比例会影响透水砖的透水性、表面效果和半成品强度。颗粒越粗，透水性越好，但坯体强度降低，表面效果粗糙，尺寸变大，烧成温度升高。透水砖也会根据材料的不同达到不同的效果。因此，调节烧成温度、改变颗粒尺寸和颗粒比例、改变成型压力是调节透水砖的重要指标和重要方法。

Crushing is the process of using a crusher to crush ceramic tiles into a certain proportion of particles. However, the size and proportion of broken particles can affect the permeability, surface effect, and semi-finished product strength of permeable bricks. The coarser the particles, the better their water permeability, but the strength of the billet decreases, the surface effect becomes rough, the size increases, and the firing temperature increases. Permeable bricks can also achieve different effects based on different materials. Therefore, adjusting the firing temperature, changing the particle size and proportion, and changing the forming pressure are important indicators and methods for regulating permeable bricks.

二、透水砖的混合和搅拌:

搅拌过程中应加入一定量的滑石粉、长石粉、膨润土、木质素。添加助熔剂和粘结剂的目的是提高球团的粘结性能，同时提高生坯的强度。若不添加，透水砖无法成型，或强度不够，半成品损耗，成品砖开裂。

The purpose of adding fluxes and binders is to improve the bonding performance of the pellets while increasing the strength of the green billet. If not added, permeable bricks cannot be formed, or their strength is insufficient, resulting in loss of semi-finished products and cracking of finished bricks.

三、透水砖的烧制:

隧道窑通常用于烧透气性砖。产品厚度约6cm，烧成时间约20小时。与此同时，车厢大约有八层。烧成温度为1200-1250℃。烧成温度取决于收集瓷的透水系数、抗弯强度、尺寸、表面颜色和玻璃化程度或吸水率。在海绵城市透水砖生产过程中，烧结透水砖的质量是由破碎、拌和、成砖因素和烧制方法决定的。

The firing temperature is 1200-1250 ℃. In the production process of permeable bricks in sponge cities, the quality of sintered permeable bricks is determined by factors such as crushing, mixing, brick formation, and firing methods.
