一、配料过程：

1、 Ingredients process:

仿石路边石主要原材料为砂、细石、高标号水泥及无机氧化铁颜料、添加剂、水等。根据生产的仿石产品的花色及强度要求的不同，配方有较大的区别，如何生产出的、让客户满意的仿石产品需要生产企业进行反复的配方试验。

二、成型过程：

一般采用高压压滤成型工艺，在高压成型机内，将模具内的湿性混凝土压成生产路边石所需坯体。

成型后的产品要放在养护窑内根据工艺要求进行充分的养护，这对后期的质量有直接的关系。

四、后续加工：

养护结束后的产品，当强度达到一定要求后进行到后期的加工过程中，加工分为粗加工、细加工及上光等几个流程，根据对产品的不同要求来制定加工流程，各加工企业可根据自家不同的要求制定各自需要的加工流程。但粗加工流程是不可缺少的。

五、码垛流程：

这是生产混凝土路边石过程中的一个流程。生产出来的产品重量一般在几十公斤以上，且产品经过粗、精加工后，外观品质已不同于一般的混凝土，需要在交付给客户前，对产品外观进行一定的保护，减少入库、运输及交付过程中对产品外观造成不必要的破坏。

This is the final process in the production of concrete curbstones. The weight of the produced products is generally over tens of kilograms, and after rough and fine processing, the appearance quality of the products is different from that of ordinary concrete.
